Equitas was founded in 1986 as a “boutique” corporate finance advisory firm by Mr. Ng Ming Wah, Charles, its current Managing Director.

The principal activities of Equitas is the provision of corporate financial advisory services in respect of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings of securities, financing and general regulatory compliance.

Since its establishment, Equitas has provided corporate financial advice to more than 50 corporations (some of which on a retainer basis), of which over 30 are companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, in respect of public or private offering of securities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt financing and general listing rules and regulatory compliance.
