(Hons.) degree in Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology, Leicestershire and a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the London Graduate School of Business Studies, London in the United Kingdom.Mr. Ng has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking.Mr. Ng also holds directorships in a number of public companies and official positions in community activities and organisations in Hong Kong.

Mr. CHOI Shui Hung, LL.B. (Hons) (London), aged 57, is a practising solicitor and the senior partner of Messrs. Liu, Choi & Chan, a small law firm in Hong Kong.Mr. Choi was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and of Hong Kong in 1974 and he has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial law as well as High Court and District Court Civil Litigations.
